Finally a Tomb Raider game with good polished controls. I think this game was quite good and this is coming from someone who has hated many of the tomb raider games. The gameplay is fluid though the jumping is still a little off but at least its not much of a problem. Many of the moments feel more natural and the game environments are great. Nice detail in the water and i liked to see the little birds flying around.

The game looks like it will have plently of challenge as it takes a few moments to figure out what to do next. The gun fighting is the big highlight to this game as shooting is not difficult this time around and is fun to do the jumps while shooting the enemy.

The demo is nice but could be longer and teach you more of how the game is played. It's easily over within an hour but players used to the Tomb Raider style could probably finish it in 15-20 minutes. I would have liked to see how stealth action worked but this demo does not allow for that. You only get to shoot and kill 5 or 6 enemies which is kind of a bummer. I would also be nice to see options for close quarters hand to hand combat...but i don't think that will be happening.

Download it..a good demo but i gave it 4 stars because it's too short.

Nothing special. Fun for a while, but not my type of thing. There's *gasp* havok in it, but for what reason? As Rm860 said, there's only about 5/6 enemies and the combat is waaaay to easy. Still waiting for something good to demo. [reply|quote] Sunday, April 02, 2006 10:46 AM

They need to have a complete level demo and let you experience more of the gameplay. I would download it to see how improved Tomb Raider Legend is compared to previous titles but it could be better. There is this cool catapult part in the demo, though it took me awhile to figure out that part. [reply|quote] Sunday, April 02, 2006 10:07 PM

Finally a Tomb Raider title that doesn't disappoint. Awesome graphics, fluid character movement, dynamic environment and animations, puzzling challenges, and most importantly...Lara Croft is very easy on the eyes.

It does leave you thirsty for more gameplay, but one must remember that this is just a demo. There will most likely be difficulty settings in the full version, so there is really no need to comment on the shooting.

Definitely give it a download. I assure you, disappointment will not enter your mind.

I gave it a 5 star rating and will most definitely be purchasing this game.
