Stoller's wife filed for Divorce on July 1, 2005 on "frivilious" grounds. Stoller has sued Nancy J. Reich a Loyola University Hospital Nurse, Maywood, Illinois, for Malicious Prosecution, false arrest, civil conspiracy Illinois Cook CountyCase NO. 07 L 5697. Nancy Reich has prevented Stoller from being with his three minor children for over 2 1/2 years. Nancy has spent over $250,000 on legal fees in her divorce. Nancy had Stoller unlawfully locked up in Cook County Jail in June 6, 2005. Nancy is now involved as a defendant in a Civil Rights case as a result. Notwithstanding, Nancy has now filed a "Third Petition for Adjudication of "Stoller" to be held in "Criminalo Contempt" of court. A clearly "frivilious" proceeding that will cost Nancy another $50,000 that whe will transfer from herself to her attorney Wendy Morgan. The divorce is over 2 1/2 years old and "nothing" has been accomplished other than Nancy to spend over 1/4 of a million dollars. http://rentamark.blog.com
