Leo Stoller's Appeal Brief submitted in the Google Inc Appeal No. 07-1569

http://rentamark.blog.com Leo Stoller the nations leading Trademark Expert filed a Petition to Cancel Google Inc.'s trademark "Google". Google filed a Civil Rico lawsuit against two companies that Stoller ran, but excluded Leo Stoller from their "frivilious" Civil Rico lawsuit. Stoller moved to intervene in the case. The District Court Judge Virginia Kendell denied Stoller's motion. Stoller Appealed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and won.
