The Desperate Housewives: The Game Update resolves the following issues:

Save/Load screen corrupted, graphics in game become corrupted
Game exits when applying options after exiting to main menu
Player gets stuck at the doorway if an NPC opens the door for the player right at 10pm
Episode 4: Player's House: Non-progression when players get stuck underneath the stairs
Episode 5: HUD disappears when player goes to sleep at 10pm alert when standing back stage
Episode 6: Non-progression when taking a shower just before 7pm
Episode 11: At the Expect the Unexpected goal, if user lets Vince in at 9:50pm, Go to Sleep option pops up while husband walks in and the game freezes
Episode 11: At the Saying Hello goal, seducing Frank after he gives player her keys will cause a non-progression

NOTE:
This update is for the US version only.
This update does not address systems that do not meet the minimum requirements for Desperate Housewives: The Game.

    		 by: Marcus (Visitor) :bored:hello i have bought the desperate housewives PC game on ebay and it says that my computer didnt meet the minnimum requirments for video accelaration. however, the confusing thing is that it says that the video accelaration required is accel and it also says my video accelaration is accel! im really confused...
    it then said i needed to download directX or sumfing but i dnt no the site and my laptop does not have internet. is there anychance i can download directx on my friends computer burn it to a disc and download it to my laptop??? if so please tell me how and what site to download off!     		 by: Luzon (Visitor) Check Buena Vista's support page for a list of supported cards. There are numerous integrated video cards (intel especially) that will never be supported by the game. The next thing is to try updating the drivers. The last thing to do is explore the disc and open the setup file. This will bypass the check screen and install the game.
