This update addresses a crash issue that some player experience at the end of a round in Titan Mode.

Following the v1.05 Update for Battlefield 2142, some players have experienced crashes at the end of the round when playing in Titan mode. The crash occurs under a certain circumstance while the Titan explosion is taking place. Today we are releasing a hot fix, Update v1.06, which corrects this problem. No other changes are introduced in this Update.

Please remember that when installing Update v1.06 for Battlefield 2142 you must first exit the game. This also applies when downloading the Update through the EA Link.

by: Vistor (Visitor) im agreeing what 854469 said

For starters i moan because they brought out a game with so many problems ... i wont waste ppl's time by labeling them

i rather them at least making an effort to near perfect it as this uses the same engine as bf2 i thought they would have learned from there mistakes from that with so many patches from bf2 but NO they haven't

and notice that little slip about that spyware, nothing what mentioned about this in the back of the game or amazon(where i got it from), not sure about EA downloader tho, i know in the dice forums they said they "only" moniter what ads we look at (thats what they say, we dont know that if thats the only thing they are looking at)... but its still spyware

    so many flaws ....

To you guys who hate the game because the graph is the same. DON'T. They did that because then they were able to finish the games earlier. AND stop psyching out because the game has issues. it has nothing to do with the engine. it's ingame issues like plane doesn't make the right sound or rifle reload has bugs ECT!!. AND no EA downloader is not a spyware product. i use it myself and my PC is Spyware and virus Free. Soo to you people who thinks that everything able to be downloaded is a spyware... drop it while you are alive. If they give you a change to download things and the company is like EA a master company people all over the world knows and not Limewire. THEN *****ING RELAX!!! THERE'S NOTHING WRONG! said shortly. you guys should be happy that they even want to make patches that fixes errors and issues and making the Gaming experience better.
