Rumor Broken: South Park DVD Will NOT Contain Rock Band Tracks
Sat, 17 May 2008 00:06:15 +0000
Awhile back, a small news bit swept through gaming sites saying that the upcoming South Park Season 11 DVD would contain some tracks for Rock Band. Well now the original source of that story, TVShowsonDVD.com, has learned that the information they were given was false. Paramount contacted them a few days ago to let them know that it wouldn’t be happening. Really, I wouldn’t have been all that surprised if Harmonix has released some new content through the DVD. Downloadable content for Rock band just seems to be popping up everywher ethese days anyway.Via TVShowsonDVD.com

Fri, 16 May 2008 22:48:44 +0000
Okay, you win, Sega. I didn’t care at all about your newest Golden Axe game, but now these screens just make it looks just too awesome. It looks like the developers could be taking a page from God of War in terms of reaching that epic feel. That, and you can apparently ride and fight ginormous monsters like the ones above. I could do without the Chocobo-looking thing though. You can check out a few more screens for the game here.
